BY READING, SIGNING AND COMPLETING THIS FORM YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. CERAMIC ITEMS:
   
   1. All items need to be left at the Clay Cafe after you have painted them so that they can be fired and glazed. After which they will besafe to use in the dishwasher, oven and microwave.
   2. You will be notified for collection via email. Items are usually ready after 4 weeks but can take up t o 6 weeks during school holidays or due to power interruptions
2. CAPACITY:
   1. 1. Maximum of 40 guests per party/function
3. ACTIVITY:
   1. We are a ceramic painting restaurant and therefore require at least a minimum of 75% of the total party participants to paint a ceramic item or a venue fee will be charged based on the number of non-painting guests.
   2. The minimum spend per person for kitchen teas, bridal showers, baby showers and hens parties must be R300 per person. If not
      an additional fee will be charged.
   3. No loud toys, pinatas, confetti or glitter (including glitter filled balloons) are allowed.
   4. No entertainers of any sort, this includes musicians, clowns, dress-up characters, snaken, magicians and face painters. This is for the safety and comfort of the other patrons.
4. CATERING:
   1. Catering is mandatory.
   2. One cake may be brought in. All and any other catering must be ordered through the Clay Cafe.
   3.  Final catering is to be sent at least one week before the function or we cannot guarantee all the catering options.
   4. Minimum of at least one platter is required per 8 guests. Drinks may be ordered on the day from the ala carte menu.
5. GENERAL:
   1. There is a non-refundable R1000 deposit that is required in order to secure your party booking. If the party is cancelled less than 5 days before your function then the full deposit amount will b e payable t o the venue. The deposit will be deducted from your overall bill at the end of the function.
   2. Seating arrangements can be requested but are not guaranteed.
   3. Parties are set for a total of 3 hours. We always have a second seating. If you need extra time please arrange this with
      management before the day o f the function.
   4. A 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill on all items including ceramics, food and drinks.
   5. An alocated set up time can be requested ahead of event date but is at managements discretion.
6. Important
   1. All items painted will have a sticker with ref number provided on client form to ensure correct it is delivered/collected
   2. All communications must be sent over Whatsapp or email and written on the booking form. This must be send back ASAP to hello@korfcafe.co.za.
